The Board of Directors of ISHR never gave its material to The Williams Institute at UCLA. All the original and archival material and documents were given to the One Institute Gay & Lesbian Archives at USC.
I had copies made of the same archival material and documents and gave them to Cal State Northridge.
The Williams Institute was given our money to carry on ISHR’s work to support gay scholars around the world and to change law s that hinder the gay and lesbian community.
The ISHR Board of Directors voted to dissolved our Non-Profit Corporation October 2008.

This text is printed in its entirety with minor typographic corrections. It should be noted that there are some significant errors in this document; for one, ONE, Inc. was not a non-profit organization. Though business manager Bill Lambert / W. Dorr Legg said they had this status, he had never filed the paper work. When Reid Erickson discovered ONE, Inc., was not a non-profit organization, he created ISHR to secure a tax deduction while channeling funds toward ONE and other homophile organizations.
In essence, though, this document provides Reid Rasmussen’s crucial perspective on this important history.
